March Featured Speaker at NYSCOSS Women's Initiative Leadership Conference

The New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS) held a Women's Initiative: Supporting Women in Leadership conference on November 2-3, 2017 in Watkins Glen. Principal/Vice President Sandra March was a featured speaker and presented "Leading from Your Heart." 

The goal of the initiative is to support women leaders, identify women in education who have leadership potential and help those women to aspire to leadership roles. In education, the teacher workforce is made up of over 76%, yet only 30% of superintendents in New York State are women, according to NYSCOSS.
