Ashley McGraw Hosts 2nd Annual Golf Outing

On June 22, 2023, Ashley McGraw Architects held its second annual golf outing at the Pompey Club. Over 100 golfers from Ashley McGraw, our clients, and teaming partners enjoyed 18 holes, refreshments, food, prizes, beautiful weather, and great company. The team from Dannible & McKee won the tournament with a score of 15 under par, followed by Werth Construction in second with -13. There was a tie for third place with two teams scoring -11 – a team of members of Ashley McGraw/Whiting Turner/SUNY Cortland and a team of Skaneateles Central Schools/Day Automation.

Besides the tournament there were also individual contests for both men and women. For the longest drive, the winners were Matt Raleigh (Werth Construction) and Lyndsey Pompeii (Shaw Contracts). The players closest to the pin were Will Cutler (Liverpool Central School Schools) and Lyndsey Pompeii. Additionally, there was a putting contest, where every player had one attempt to make a putt despite several obstacles. Between the men and the women, 5 individuals made the putt. After a final “putt off” the winners were Jun Young Park (Ashley McGraw) and yet again, Lyndsey Pompeii! Congratulations to all the winners!

The golfers ended the day by enjoying a barbeque chicken dinner while the winners of the 50/50 raffle and door prizes were drawn. Thank you to the Pompey Club for hosting the event.
