Broderick and Angarano Present "Building More Effective Businesses through Regenerative Business Principles"

Matthew Broderick, President and CEO, and Susanne Angarano, Principal, presented “Building More Effective Businesses through Regenerative Business Principles” as part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) New York State Professional Development webinar series on Thursday, April 10. 

Broderick and Angarano were joined by Josie Plaut, Associate Director of the Institute for the Built Environment at Colorado State University. The webinar explored how businesses can develop an adaptive, resilient, and inclusionary culture where every person in the firm understands its strategic direction and pursuits while also having the agency to bring their unique selves and capabilities to bear in advancing them. 

Attendees engaged in a variety of exercises and discussions to uncover potential within their firms. The session combined interactive small-group discussions and larger-group presentations.
