Fay Leff (Senior Interior Designer) Joins Ashley McGraw Architects

Ashley McGraw Architects is pleased to announce the addition of Fay Leff as a Senior Interior Designer. Leff has 11+ years of design experience, which includes a focus on workplace design, S&T, higher education, multi-family, hospitality, gaming, and restaurants. Whether a project is 1,000 SF or 100,000 SF, Leff works with clients to understand the functional needs of their space, technology, and workflow, then layers this into the programming, planning, change management, and any phasing that may be required to execute construction. She has excellent design creativity coupled with an ability to stay current with market trends and technology, allowing her to select materials, finishes, and furnishings that speak to the overall concept of the project while staying within the client’s aesthetic and budget. Her design work has previously been featured in Work Design Magazine, Dexinger and Architects Magazine, included in numerous manufacturer’s brochures, and won an award for Excellence Design & Construction from IFMA NYC.

When asked why she chose Ashley McGraw, Leff said, “Ashley McGraw has a tangible firm culture that is different from any other firm I’ve worked for. They have curated an environment that allows for open exploration of all ideas, while still holding to the clients’ needs and philosophies.”

Leff holds a Masters of Interior Architecture + Design (2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design (2012) from Drexel University. She is a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certified interior designer.

Welcome Fay!
